PRIVATE SESSIONS
A private yoga session is the perfect treat for any yogi — beginner or seasoned. Beyond deepening your practice, you will gain more understanding of alignment, refine your form and learn new poses. Your private yoga teacher will design a class to best suit your practice and your needs.
We also provide private-group classes either at our studio or your location. We can tailor a class for any occasion, including: athletic teams, corporate events, group sessions for friends, family reunions, bridal showers, camps, kids, parties and more.
