What makes us different is our welcoming instructor team and our friendly community. You won’t feel intimidated once you come in, are warmly greeted, and meet some like-minded, nice people who understand that a regular yoga practice is a game changer. We know that you will be inspired to bring more yoga into your life.
Yes. The heat will do wonders for your body. It may seem overwhelming at first, but with more focus on breath and drishti (gaze), you’ll be digging our heated studio in no time.
We have blocks and straps available for your use.
We rent mats for $3, and we prefer cash or Venmo (code is on the blackboard in the studio).
No cotton. Wear breathable and comfortable fabrics. Bring a change of clothes for after class if you are not going home.
A light snack or nothing at all is best. It depends on what works for you. Experiment with different juices/foods before class. Some prefer not to eat at all, while a light snack/fruit/juices work well for many. Arrive for class hydrated!
We sell bottled water and Nooma for your convenience. We do not have a water dispenser inside the studio space.
There are cubbies (no showers) available in a public hallway at our Little Italy location.
We have a parking lot and on street parking in Little Italy. You may also park in the alley adjacent to our parking lot off Paul Avenue.
