Only the Flex Pass Membership can be used at both the Little Italy and Richmond Heights locations. If you wish to build a class package to use at both locations, contact us!

You are the perfect candidate for yoga! A regular yoga practice will increase your flexibility and mobility. Our teachers are well-versed in offering modifications as well.

Yes. The heat will do wonders for your body. It may seem overwhelming at first, but with more focus on breath and drishti (gaze), you’ll be digging our heated studio in no time.

No, we do not have props available, please bring your own.

No cotton. Wear breathable fabrics that are comfortable. Bring a change of clothes for after class if you are not going home.

A light snack is best or nothing at all. It depends on what works for you. Experiment with different juices/foods before class. Some prefer to not eat at all while a light snack/fruit/juices work well for many. Arrive for class hydrated!

There are cubbies (no showers) available in a public hallway at our Little Italy location. There are lockers available at our Richmond Heights location (showers coming early 2025).

We have a parking lot and on street parking in Little Italy. You may also park in the alley adjacent to our parking lot off of Paul Avenue.

At Richmond Heights we have a parking lot with ample parking.
